The following teaching positions are available for the 2022-23 school year:

K-6th Grade Teacher
Van Operator/After School Leader:
Crete Academy is hiring a part time Van Operator/After School Leader! The Van Operator will transport students from one campus to another and in the afternoon to the After School Program and work with students in the After School Program. In addition, the Van Operator will pick up food donations on Mondays and Thursdays as well.
The Van Operator/After School Leader work schedule is:
Monday 12:00pm-5:30pm
Tuesday 1:30pm-5:30pm
Wednesday 1:30pm-5:30pm
Thursday 12:00pm-5:30pm
Friday 1:30pm-5:30pm
*Please note: There will be more opportunities to work more hours as Student Support on campus as needed.

Candidate must live in the LA area or be willing to commute to the school daily as Van Operator position/after school program is in person

Candidate must pass a TB test

Candidate must pass a background check

Candidate must be at least 25 years old to drive the Vans

Candidate must have valid drivers license

Candidate with experience driving vans and working with students preferred

Candidate must be authorized to work in the USA

Pay: $19-$23hr DOE
Executive Assistant to the Founder
-
Provide support to the Founder of Crete Academy to ensure that Crete Academy’s goals and objectives are accomplished.

Manage information flow to the Founder in a timely and accurate manner.

Answer, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing emails, and other correspondence.

Answer phone calls, take messages and return calls.
-
Take messages and direct messages to the correct departments.
-
Manage the Founders calendar.
-
Schedule and prepare meetings and agendas.
-
Take notes during meetings and prepare reports
-
Create and file records, reports, and other documents.
-
Organize documents and maintain records.
-
Schedule trips, and coordinate travel for Founder.
-
Perform other duties that are assigned for the purpose of ensuring the support of the Founder of Crete Academy.
Requirements:

Authorized to work in the USA

Must pass a background check
-
Hybrid role: There will be remote work; weekly meetings at Crete's admin office or campuses; and special events.

Must pass a TB test

Experience working with and assisting an executive, founder or owner

Bachelors Degree or higher education or currently in College

Must be an excellent communicator
-
Must be able to problem solve and use critical thinking skills
-
Must have a high attention to detail and time management skills

Must be professional and organized

Must have experience using Microsoft office and Google suite
